The global community of industry-focused programs has just gotten bigger!

Startupbootcamp, Europe’s largest startup accelerator, just revealed the 10 early-stage tech founders who will rapidly scale their PropTech startups through its Bold 2 PropTech & Housing 2024 accelerator program

Tradable on the Dutch stock exchange via Nx’change, Bold 2 is a project committed to the investment in 300 high-potential startups across 10 distinct Growth Domains.

Driven by the UN's Sustainable Development Goals along with the emerging trends around AI & Machine Learning, the PropTech & Housing domain is characterised by three distinctive sub-categories, including Data-powered PropTech, Property FinTech, and GreenTech & Accessibility. Each startup joining the program is passionate about innovating within these themes and is committed to making a change in one or multiple of them.

After months of scouting and hundreds of applications, the top 20 startups were selected for the final Selection Days event. The startups were given the opportunity to present their concepts to a tailored panel of investors, industry leaders, mentors, partners, and the Startupbootcamp team during a two-day digital event.

Startupbootcamp is proud to present the top 10 startups from across the globe, including Canada, USA, Mexico, Portugal, Nigeria, Malaysia, and Indonesia. This year's cohort of inspiring and creative entrepreneurs are all determined to revolutionise the future of PropTech and make a global impact.
