Tjerja is Entrepreneur and Founder of Ready For The Crowd, a new digital design agency with a different approach, specialized in Digital Brand & Content Strategy, Identity & User Experience Design. With a strong, pragmatic focus on service-, usability- and conversion design for mobile apps, internet and global e-commerce website projects. He started his career in 1995, after graduating cum laude for his masters in TV & Media Design. Since then he has worked as an (inter)national creative director with various (inter)national agencies on a wide range of User-Centred Design projects solving strategic marketing and business challenges through innovative digital user experiences. For both startups and A-Brands like: Nike, Philips, Heineken, ING Bank, Aegon, DAF Trucks, KPMG, Innovam, KRO, Beiersdorf, CBS, TomTom, C1000, Ministry of Defence, etc. He focuses on early stage business development & design in groundbreaking Internet, High Tech, Automotive, Media and B2B services. With his sharp, analytical and pragmatic consultancy approach, Tjerja is expert in digital strategy, interaction/UX Design, Rapid Prototyping, Visual & Experience design and likes being a strategic sparring partner for startups to help them achieve the best digital brand experience.
