I’m personally involved in the process of selection and valuation of many digital startups as part of my activity in Innogest, one of the largest venture capital firm in Italy.

Stefano is Partner at Innogest SGR SpA, where he is in charge of the digital practice. Main activities includes deal selection, transaction management, contract negotiation and closing of new investment opportunities. Stefano has been board member and advisor in several Innogest portfolio companies including Userfarm SpA (leading European video crowdsourcing platform sold to Filmmaster), HT Srl (It security), Agroils Technologies SpA (biofuels), 40SouthEnergy (renewable energy) Silicon Biosystems (medical devices sold to Menarini Group) and Armadio Verde (second hand for kids marketplace).

Stefano has held several university and post-university master courses, mainly on entrepreneurship, finance and innovation. Stefano holds a Master of Science (summa cum laude) in Engineering & Management from Polytechnic University in Turin and received a Ph.D from Polytechnic University in Milan, with a doctoral thesis on Venture Capital and valuation of hi-tech companies assets.
