Rachel Leng is on the Investment Management team at Whiz Partners, Inc. a Japanese private equity fund investing in healthcare and tech SMEs as well as COO/Co-Founder of SeiRogai, Inc., a Tokyo-based business consultancy and media production company. Previously, Rachel worked in a top policy think tank in Seoul, South Korea and was an advisor to K-Move, a Human Resources Development Service of Korea program supporting the employment of Korean youth. She is an international speaker, award-winning writer, former Miss Singapore titleholder, and East Asia specialist graduated with highest honors from Duke University (B.A.) and Harvard University (M.A.). Rachel has been internationally profiled by over 50 global media and regularly holds seminars on cultural perspectives, global careers, writing, cross-border business & leadership. She actively advises students and young professionals on studying and working abroad, supporting numerous students to get into top ranking universities and corporations. In 2017, she was awarded Best Mentor of the Year by the Government of South Korea. She speaks English, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, and some Korean.
