Patrick facilitates graphically (inter-) national organisations to help them formulating an new business model strategy, finding strengths and weaknesses of their business model and supports business model innovation. Patrick worked on business modeling for Mars (Asia), Fujitsu (Japan), Tele Atlas, Schott (Germany), Intel (Ireland), Fagor (Spain), Sellaband, OCTO (France), Paperlinx (UK), Sendsteps, Gebrueder Stitch (Vienna), QWIC.nl, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Indivirtual, Deloitte, Twenty Twenty, Arengufond (Estonia), KPN etc. Patrick is producer of the bestselling book “Business Model Generation” in cooperation with Alex Osterwalder, Yves Peigneur, Alan Smith and Tim Clark. Patrick has broad experience in consulting international companies for more than ten years on finance and business process redesign. His entrepreneurial skills were developed at an early age, being raised in a funeral business environment (Hoofddorp, Netherlands). Patrick worked as a consultant for Arthur Andersen, Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
