I started my career in Finance at Citigroup in 2000, after graduating from Babson College. For 5 years I worked in Equity Sales and then decided to do an MBA at the Kellogg School of Magamenet to facilitate a transition to a more exciting and a higher growth segment of financial markets, Alternative Investing. After I graduated in 2007, I started working for BlueBay Asset Management, a specialist fixed income asset manager with a deep hedge fund heritage. My sales responsibility initially covered the Benelux region and later included Canda, the US, LATAM, and finally Europe. The firm grew from US$ 14bn in AUM in 2007 to nearly US$ 60bn at the end of 2015 through a combination product innovation, performance excellence, and sales execution.
