Serial Entrepreneur in the Automotive Space. In 2006, Parker founded First Help Financial, a $50mm auto finance company based in Boston, MA. FHF uses technology and innovative underwriting models to purchase consumer auto loans directly from car dealerships with superior risk adjusted yields to industry competitors. The company has also invested in car dealerships and an insurance company that provides automotive warranties. FHF has received funding from Wells Fargo Preferred Capital and Bank of America. In 2013, Parker founded Cobli, an automotive technology company based in São Paulo, Brasil. Through utilization of a customized OBD II device, Cobli provides a platform to consumers and vehicle fleets that allows them to view their vehicle’s maintenance status in real-time to purchase services and to track their vehicles (for accident detection or dangerous driving alerts). Parker graduated from Duke University in 2006 with degrees in Mathematics and Economics and from Harvard Business School in 2012 with an MBA.
