Headed the Transformation of Abbey Bank Plc. and delivered large-scale strategic organizational changes, driving cost efficiency, operational improvements and implementing Santander retail banking core systems.

Worked at JPMorganChase in London for 8 years, where my career went from being an Associate in Investment Banking technology to lead the technology services for Equities and Corporate Finance and appointed as Vice President.
