Over the last 25 years established sales and business leadership expertise in the international IT and Communications (ICT) direct sales, channel & OEM business with a strong industrial engineering background derived from a career foundation in the capital goods market for the printing industry. 

This experience spans
• An end user perspective – having successfully implemented an Informix based ERP system for a midsize company in the late 1980s
• Independent Software Vendor and Systems Integration expertise – successfully established new vendor relationships as well as end user and channel sales and marketing strategies winning some key business and accounts in Germany during the 1990s
• Turnkey systems transition project management – including IT Infrastructure Solutions & Services, successfully replacing HP 3000 systems with Sun Sparc based servers

• Promotion to Head of EMEA Strategic ISV & OEM Alliances, Global ISV & OEM Sales, in 2014

• Promotion to Global Account Director for Fujitsu in 2006 – achieving 20% year on year growth in two consecutive fiscal years since 2007
• Promotion to Director of Technology Marketing and acting Account Manager for Fujitsu Siemens Computers in EMEA in 2005 – having successfully managed Partner Programs for the Marketing Organisation in EMEA driving strategic relationships and co-marketing agreements with key technology vendors and facilitating country execution of Oracle’s technology programs
• Promotion to Senior Sales Manager and participation in two country quota clubs working for Oracle Direct between 1997 and 2000 – following the successful implementation of a Mid-Market focused Channel and Alliances strategy managing various sales and direct response teams based in Dublin, Ireland
