I strongly believe that a successful company is driven by customer insights and by understanding market dynamics. Building this truly customer-centric company requires an integral approach to leadership, strategy, structure and constant improvement of the value proposition and business model.

I like to “move”: being it challenging assignments, personal development (I recently graduated from a global 5 business school Executive MBA), sports (marathons) or travel (Asia or Africa).

My leadership style is participative, fact-based, coaching and open to listen and understand. I am strong at finding the points to focus the organisation on, out of the myriad things an organisation is faced with. I combine strong (commercial) strategic insight with the ability to translate it into concrete actions.
