Katherine works for Sanofi a leading pharmaceutical company and is specialized in the disease areas of Diabetes & Cardiovascular. In charge of the Project Management Office for her division she is looking on new business models and solutions on how to improve chronic disease management and therapy outcomes beyond the drug. Digital Transformation and working with startups plays a major role on those strategic projects.

Having worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 10 years in Germany and the US Katherine is an experienced Healthcare Manager. Skilled in International Marketing, User Insights, Digital Transformation & Design Thinking. She is leading transversal project teams successfully considering interests of all stakeholders involved. Her high level of empathy mixed with an intrinsic thirst for knowledge allow her to ask the right questions.

Katherine graduated from ESCP Europe with a Master’s degree in European Business specializing in International Marketing and holds a Diploma’s degree from HTW Berlin in Business Communications Management. She also completed an executive training on Design Thinking at d.school / Hasso Plattner Institute.
