D’Agnolo has a background in marketing, on a strong foundation in marketing he became an entrepreneur with the founding of B&D Business Solutions. As an interim-manager he was responsible for several large scale, strategic change programs with companies like Libertel (Dutch mobile service provider). In 1999 D’Agnolo founded Newminder, a next CRM service provider, a company far ahead of its time in the field of customer need based selling. Jacko D’Agnolo stood at the cradle of the Customer Experience Management within Vodafone, where he introduced the Customer-Advocacy way of thinking and mindset. In recent years D’Agnolo, as a partner at Boer & Croon, architected and realized change programs around customer focus in some of the largest companies in the Netherlands. As the author of the book ‘En waar blijft de klant?’ launched in June last year -nominated for best marketing book 2011 and best management book 2012- he is also a frequently asked speaker on customer focus events.
