Isabel Redondo, with 15+ years experience in the Information Technology industry, is currently Chief of Staff for Cisco Systems Corporate Strategic Innovation Group. In this role, she is responsible for the operations of the organisation, manages its budget and provides the team with tools, mechanisms & methodologies to ensure a project portfolio strategy in line with the mission of the organisation. Prior to this role, Isabel worked as Project and Program Manager in Cisco Systems and in IBM in Switzerland, Belgium, UK and Spain. With an Engineering background, Isabel started her career in technical roles related to voice infrastructure, which naturally evolved towards voice over IP and networking. Execution-driven, very organised and with a detailed-oriented nature she was soon steered towards project and program management roles covering different areas of the business, and mostly in international projects, both for internal and external customers such as Lloyds TSB or ABB. Isabel holds an Msc in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid and an MBA from Warwick University Business School. Certified as IBM Senior Project Manager in 2006, she’s also held her Project Management Professional certificate by PMI for more than 10 years and is currently working towards her certification as Stanford Advanced Project Manager.
