Hema has a proven track record, over 25 years, in leadership, global business strategy and development within dynamic organisations across data, digital, publishing and technology, with an extensive network of relationships at global C level. Furthermore, she is Henley Business School trained with a degree in Accountancy.
Her background stretches to ten years in digital in Executive positions at Adobe, Acxiom, Facebook and Microsoft Advertising.
Most recently Hema has been managing partners at Adobe, from a marketing tech perspective. As these worlds start to merge, she led the global Ad tech partnership conversations for WPP at Global CDO/CTO level and was a key adviser to Maxus Global, during the creation of their tech consultancy offering.
Hema also understands the challenges facing both advertisers and publishers in the new multi-screen digital world, having worked with a range of publishers during her extensive career, which also includes eight years at News Corp and three at the Financial Times, managing the Financial category and working directly with wealth management companies and their respective ad agencies.
