A dynamic senior executive, Dima’s career spans over 20 years of accomplishment across technology, investment banking and low carbon energy. Over the last decade, she has established and developed several high-growth global, businesses in both finance and low carbon. This was preceded by a long career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, Greenwich Capital, RBS and ultimately ABN AMRO, where she built and ran a global distribution platform across all asset classes to the wealth market. She has broad experience gained from participating in hundreds of transactions throughout the US, Europe and Asia, totalling over $50Bn in value and involving a wide range of stakeholders. A seasoned professional, Dima is exceptional at scanning the landscape for risks and opportunities and utilising this vision, coupled with an immense grasp for detail to navigate businesses away from risks, while capitalising on emerging opportunities. She has an innate nous for the optimal growth strategy required to achieve superior commercial positioning, with the ability to transform it into tangible outcomes at a global scale. Her inspirational leadership and energetic drive have led to the establishment of several key industry initiatives and prominent speaking engagements at over 50 events globally, presenting on diverse investor appetites, investible regulation and innovation in business models.

Dima has a BSC in Electrical Engineering and has completed the Corporate Strategy Executive program at University of Chicago Booth, Graduate School of Business. Dima was selected by Mayor Boris Johnson as one of his London Business Ambassadors and travelled with him to the Middle East to promote London as a leading destination to do business and invest. She was a member of the UK Green Investment Bank’s Advisory Group and sits on both the UK Department of Energy and Climate Change’s Capital Markets Climate Initiative and Offtaker of Last Resort Advisory Group. Dima is also on the advisory board of Solar-aid and is a steering committee member of both the Low Carbon Finance Group and Norstec. Dima has been selected as one of the industry’s Thought Leaders by prominent industry magazine Recharge, and is founder of the Low Carbon Bond Group and the Senior Women in Clean Energy and Resources.
