Christian Müller-Elschner is a Managing Partner of Deutsche Ventures. He has more than 20 years experience in initiating and establishing new businesses and business models in the telco, ICT and utilities sector. He is a Senior Advisor of Apricum – The Clean Tech Advisory, an expert reviewer “CleanTech” at European Venture Contest/Summit and he worked as COO at Younicos, a company that is among the pioneers in the market of storage based energy systems and energy management.
Prior to this Christian was a SVP and board member of the global industry line telco, media & utilities at T-Systems responsible for global Business Development and Marketing. During this time he initiated and established the strategic energy division and the smart grid activities of Deutsche Telekom. Prior to T-Systems, he was a general partner at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and product manager at Krone AG.
He also acted as advisor and/or angel investor to innovative companies like Toll Collect, RNBS, IGV and Hoccer. Christian studied industrial engineering and graduated from TU-Berlin.
