I am an interaction & product designer, entrepreneur, speaker & curator based in London. I head up designswarm a consultancy for clients who want to plan for next generation connected products, experiences & strategies. Some of my clients have included Intel, BBC R&D, Nokia Advanced Labs, British Gas, EDF R&D, EDF Energy, British Telecom, Nominet Innovation.

My design work has been exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Victoria & Albert Museum and galleries around the world.

I was named 2nd in “Top 100 Internet of Things Thought Leaders” (Onalytica, 2014), included in the “Top 100 Influencial Tech Women on Twitter” (Business Insider, 2014) & included in the “Top 10 IOT Influencers you need to know about” (Dataconomy, 2015).

I am the founder of the Good Night Lamp, a family of internet-connected lamps for your global friends and family which is currently in production.

I have been running the London Internet of Things meetup since 2011, the world’s largest dedicated meetup that topic.

I am the co-founder of IOTAngels, a series of master classes for investors interested in the internet of things. I am also the co-editor of Connected, a magazine covering internet of things thought leadership.

I was co-founder and CEO of Tinker London, a smart product design studio. Tinker was the first distributor of the Arduino platform in the UK, ran workshops around the world and offered design and consultancy services to global clients like BBC R&D, National Geographic, digital agencies and media companies.
