After 12 years with Nokia as Head of Smartphones in Copenhagen, Lars was responsible for closing down the site and building the “Nokia Bridge Program Incubator” which saw 60 spin-off startups come to life. This lead to taking over Startupbootcamp in Copenhagen. After successfully accelerating mobile startups in this accelerator in three program cycles, Lars is now the Investment Partner at Leo innovation Labs.

 The LEO Innovation Lab was established in Copenhagen mid-2015 with satellites in London, Paris and Toronto and initial funding of €60mio. Under the LEO Innovation Lab Lars helps growing LEO Ventures, the investment arm of Leo Pharma engaging with international top startups in the e-health and wellness domain to support fast market launch, effective validation and rapid growth.

 His vast experience in accelerating startups, is insightful knowledge of the Startupbootcamp global network and his focus on Digital Health as a Seed Investor makes him one of our most wanted mentors. Lars is also sitting in the boards of several startups among others The Eye Tribe, and DealCircle.
