Digital Health Miami Demo Day 2018

THE HEALTHCARE HURRICANE

Since January 2018, Startupbootcamp Digital Health Miami has been supporting the second cohort of nine companies who are successfully taking healthcare by storm.

Utilizing the latest in artificial intelligence, big data, behavioral economics, medical imaging and more, these companies have spent the past three months refining their mission, establishing customer traction and preparing to go to market.

Now they’re ready.

Join us at Demo Day on Thursday April 19th, where each company will present to over 300 partners, mentors, investors and customers at the Adrienne Arsht Center. Hear the pitches, meet the teams, and network with the wider tech community in Miami, all in one afternoon.

And if you can’t attend the event in person, watch LIVE via Facebook livestream over here!

Keynote: Albert Santalo

We are thrilled to present Albert Santalo as our keynote speaker for the event. Albert is the founder and CEO of 8base, an application development platform and ecosystem that is using disruptive technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence to greatly accelerate digital transformation.

He is the former Chairman and CEO of CareCloud, a company that is modernizing the antiquated healthcare industry with a cloud-based platform. CareCloud reached #127 on the 2014 Inc. 500 list and is backed by NVP, Intel Capital, First Data Corp. and others.

Presenting Startups

The Startupbootcamp Miami team reviewed over 300 companies for the second program, with nine of them joining in January for three months of business development. These companies have generated solutions that tackle problems in a range of areas, from in real-time housecalls and emergency room facilitation to early cognitive decline detection and consumer-centered health management. The companies will be undergoing pilot programs with our partners, and are gaining strong interest from many investors and customers.
