We are always proud of our alumni having an impact and changing the world every day. Today we sat down with the team of SynergyOne, a Startupbootcamp FinTech Dubai 2019 alumni, who are helping the unbanked receive microloans in 10 minutes.

Hello Guys! Please tell us something about your professional background?

We are a team of 4 founders, mainly with banking and financial experience. Fred worked in Intesa Sanpaolo Group; Olya – in big4 consulting companies; Oleg – worked in Private Banking and Wealth management; Alexey automated processes in telecom operators and banks of Ukraine

Why did you become an entrepreneur, and how did you start SynergyOne?

The banker who does not dream of opening his own bank is a bad banker). We always dreamed about this, therefore we launched SynergOne, an IT company that implements projects in the Fintech. We developed an online lending web process and mobile app that helps unbanked and underbanked people receive the microloans in 10 min.  Now we have a financial license in Ukraine and also operating in Vietnam.

What pain point are you solving, and how?

The main challenge is to understand what the client is a fraud and what is a good borrower. Especially if you are working in different markets.  Each day to day our mathematicians are working under the improving of algorithms, which based on AI.

What are your challenges now at SynergyOne?

Now we are working under the problem of qualitative growth (while we are growing at 5-8% per month). In addition: we are at the stage of attracting additional capital to ensure growth in Ukraine and other countries.

Any recent progress and achievements?

We just finished a marketing test in the Nigeria market (, and we also managed to reduce the default in Ukraine by 20%

What’s next for SynergyOne?

We plan to launch new financial products for e-commerce and open new markets:

In Ukraine –

In Vietnam –

In Nigeria –

How it’s been your experience with Startupbootcamp FinTech Dubai?

It was a very useful time, we significantly expanded our vision and understood where we should go strategically

Final words of wisdom to fellow founders.

Need to move and move fast!
