Imagine having the opportunity to experience the environment of a startup accelerator in just three days. Does that sound too good to be true? At Pause Fest, entrepreneurs have the chance to bring their innovations and ideas to life with the Accelerator Taster program.
Pause Fest takes place in Fed Square from 6th to 8th February and is an incredible opportunity for startups that seek professional development with an exciting lineup of speakers, the Tech Garden, and of course, the Accelerator Taster program. The event is open to the public and therefore, firms will gain a wide range of exposure. In past years, over 15,000 people have attended so this is not an opportunity to miss!
Startupbootcamp has teamed up with Pause Fest once again to organize The Accelerator Taster. Here, startup companies gain a critical advantage by experiencing a taste of the accelerator experience. Participants have the opportunity to showcase their ideas with an exhibit at the Pause Fest Startup Expo and the chance to pitch to Venture Capitalists for amazing prizes. Startups have the opportunity to win one of two prizes, either an invitation to pitch to the Global Impact Challenge scholarship award or win the Creative Business Cup, along with a five day fully paid trip to Europe. Those who are a part of Pause Fest will have the ability to take their ideas from the abstract to the concrete with the support of diverse firms in a global network.
The Accelerator Taster is a three-day bootcamp that gives companies a chance learn from “the best of the best” with practical workshops that focus on the world’s latest insights. Startupbootcamp is working in conjunction with Monash University, SheStarts, MAP, Collider Accelerator (CEA), Cyrise, Blue Chili, muru-D, and Hacker Exchange to execute the accelerator taster.
