Shahar Namer & Paul-Rene Albertini seek out the next wave of Israeli media tech stars for latest program. Applications now open.

Startupbootcamp Haifa, a three month media tech accelerator within the Startupbootcamp Global network, today announces its second program this year launching in December. The program will introduce a new coworking space in Tel Aviv, in addition to its existing base in Haifa, expanding coverage across Israel’s main tech clusters.

Applications open today for startup teams developing applications in media tech.

A combined package of €15,000, office space in Haifa & Tel Aviv, mentorship, industry connections, corporate contacts & support services are on offer for selected teams to fast track product development in media applications over three months. The program culminates with a Demo Day where startups present to an invited audience of leading venture capital, corporate and angel investors.

In parallel, Startupbootcamp Haifa is also broadening its reach into educational technologies (Ed-Tech) and has entered into a strategic partnership with MindCET, a leading Ed-Tech accelerator based in Tel Aviv.

“We’re really excited to be launching our second program this year. Expanding to Tel Aviv extends our coverage and will benefit the teams” said Shahar Namer, CEO Startupbootcamp Haifa. “We filtered over two hundred applications across all areas of digital media for the last program and expect this momentum to continue as we select and showcase the next wave of Israeli stars in the next few months.”

Chairman of Startupbootcamp Haifa, Paul-Rene Albertini added, “Following the first demo day in April our teams attracted seed funding, launched their apps, started partnerships and won accolades internationally. It’s an honour to be part of their journey and I very much look forward to working with the new team selections this December.”
