INTERN: Project Management and Business Development Intern
Location: Berlin, Germany
Dates: Now to November 30, 2012
This internship position will hold an important role in launching the first Startupbootcamp, startup accelerator program in Berlin, Germany.
The business development intern for Startupbootcamp Berlin is critical in harnessing the landscape for the program. You are someone who has experience in organizing events, have project management ability, have operational excellence, are very organized and can take direction as well as take initiative with your own tasks. You are someone who is entrepreneurial and want to get more exposure within the startup ecosystem meeting our mentors, investors and startups from the program. You are an independant worker who will appreciate the flexible working hours in a results based environment. On the technical side, you have dabbled and have some experience in WordPress (if not, you are a techically savvy person with the ability and eagerness to learn). You are familiar with using Google Apps and have excellent written and spoken English and German. We don’t expect you to have a Masters but if you have a bachelor or the experience to back it up, then join the amazing team at Startupbootcamp Berlin to build something grandeur.

INTERN: Marketing and Communications Intern
Location: Berlin, Germany

This internship position will hold an important role in launching the first Startupbootcamp, startup accelerator program in Berlin, Germany.
The marketing and communications intern will work directly with the Marketing team at Startupbootcamp to create a brand presence within the German startup market as well as contribute to initiatives leading the Startupbootcamp brand in Europe. You will learn about marketing practices and be heavily involved with communicating and learning about mass communication and online digital strategies. We are not looking for a Seth Godin but someone who is innovative and possess creative methods for maximum exposure. You read technology and marketing news regularly (if not daily) and already have some networks within the startup/marketing/PR community. If you have Photoshop/Illustrator ability, you’re in our good books. You are fond of social media, already have followers in your twitter account and interested in a possible career as a Community Manager. You’re especially not afraid to try new apps out and speaking to people both offline and online. Points in this article resonate with your online social media skills. You possess a professional yet fun communication style that is fluent in both English and German and eager to learn how to use new tools (although if you don’t know how to use WordPress, you might want to start looking into now). What you get? Pan european marketing experience and an internship that will allow you to discover the world of startups, meet mentors in the program and explore every aspect of integrated marketing strategies.

PAID: Freelance Graphic/Web Designer

We are looking for a talented designer to develop, create and manage the design of our growing portfolio of marketing communications. You will work hand in hand with the Marketing Director to create upcoming pieces for online (website, social presence) as well as offline (event collateral, shirts, stickers). You must have an existing portfolio of design and be able to create fresh, new designs for Startupbootcamp developing the brand consistency across all vehicles. You will be responsible for pointing out wrong color or logo uses and have a creative eye for making a flat design pop. This is a freelance position that will be paid per project.
